Lemongrass - 3 stems


Lemongrass is essential in many Thai curries, soups and stir-fries.  The lemongrass can be prepared in two ways:

- bash the stems to release the flavour and cook in the liquid of your curry or soup, discard the stems before serving

- slice the stems into rounds then finely mince with a knife or in a food processor, then add to your stif-fry, curry or soup.

Freezes well.
