Miner's lettuce and Rocket salad: available in the cooler months. Gold medal winning. Sweet and mild Miner's lettuce meets peppery Rocket in a pairing made in heaven! Grown outside, in the soil of our front paddock. Grown with natural inputs only, and no harmful sprays.

Mixed leaf salad: available year-round. Gold medal winning. A contrasting mix of sweet, crunchy, soft, frilly and delicate leaves. We grow our lettuces hydroponically outside - under the northland sun ... with natural inputs only, and using no harmful sprays.

Babyleaf with edible flowers: available year-round. Gold medal winning. Buttery butterhead leaves and a splattering of edible flower petals. We grow our lettuces hydroponically outside - under the northland sun ... with natural inputs only, and using no harmful sprays.

San Marzano style tomatoes: available in summer. We grow our San Marzano style tomatoes outside, in the soil of our front paddock. Old fashioned proper sweet flavour, less seeds, less acidic, less moisture. Perfect for pizza and pasta sauce, or just plain eating. Grown with natural inputs only, and no harmful sprays.

Blue Lake Runner beans: available in summer. Good old fashioned flavour, crunchy and sweet. We grow our green beans outside, in the soil of our front paddock and under our northland sun. Grown with natural inputs only, and no harmful sprays.

Cornito 'little horns' capsicums: available in summer and autumn. Our little capsicums are sweet, crunchy and we grow them outside in grow bags, under our northland sun. Grown with natural inputs only, and no harmful sprays.

Lebanese zucchini: available in summer. We grow our little lebanese zucchini outside in the soil of our front paddock and under our northland sun. These stumpy little zuccs are perfect for stuffing. Grown with natural inputs only, and no harmful sprays.
