Miner's lettuce and Rocket salad: available in the cooler months. Gold medal winning. Sweet and mild Miner's lettuce meets peppery Rocket in a pairing made in heaven! Grown outside, in the soil of our front paddock. Grown with natural inputs only, and no harmful sprays.

Mixed leaf salad: available year-round. Gold medal winning. A contrasting mix of sweet, crunchy, soft, frilly and delicate leaves. Our mixed leaf salad is a mix of both our hydroponically grown lettuces and our in-ground grown greens. All crops are grown outside under the northland sun ... with natural inputs only, and using no harmful sprays.

Babyleaf with edible flowers: available year-round. Gold medal winning. Buttery butterhead leaves and a splattering of edible flower petals. We grow our lettuces hydroponically outside - under the northland sun ... with natural inputs only, and using no harmful sprays.

Butterhead leaves: available year-round. Sweet buttery butterhead leaves, a combo of brown and green leaves. We grow our lettuces hydroponically outside - under the northland sun ... with natural inputs only, and using no harmful sprays.

Dill: available in the cooler months. We grow our dill hydroponically outside - under the northland sun ... with natural inputs only, and using no harmful sprays.

Blue Lake Runner beans: available in summer. Good old fashioned flavour, crunchy and sweet. We grow our green beans outside, in the soil of our front paddock and under our northland sun. Grown with natural inputs only, and no harmful sprays.
